Does anyone have a kids sonic pro smart watch? Set up help needed!

Hi I would appreciate help if anyone has this watch for their child? Did yours have a qr code on the back of the watch? Mine doesn't and I don't know how to sync it without this. I may have been scammed on eBay (out of £15. But still).

In case this ever helps anyone - I don't think it registers without a SIM card.

I got mine new and it doesn’t have QR code on back but if you go to device info it says App download and the QR code comes on screen. I can’t get mine to add contacts…
