Prep for interview at school

My DD has an interview next week for a gap year job as an assistant at our local primary school. The role is helping teachers, doing reading, crafts, sports etc with the children.

Can anyone give us any ideas of questions she could prepare for? She is prepping for general questions like “why do you want to do it?” But is there anything she might not anticipate. Should she know about safeguarding etc? (The job is advertised as suitable for a gap student so they know she hasn’t done this sort of thing before.)

Thank you

There will be safeguarding questions.
Things like:
What would you do if a child was unusually dirty/hungry?
What would you do if a child disclosed that they were being abused?
She can do some safeguarding research online.

safe guarding, diversity, teamwork, creativity, what does she know about children's literature? About children's craft? what sports coaching/volunteering experience has she had? What sport does what participate in herself, why does she think creativity/sport/literature is important.

What experience does she have with children this age, in what settings?

She should read the whole school website and be familiar with their policies, their pastoral structure, their history, their motto, etc
