Christmas with older kids

On the hottest day of the year so far, what else would I be thinking of but plans for Christmas 😂

I'm looking for ideas for a family day/evening out with a 16, 12 and 10 year old. Something to replace what would have been a Santa visit. We haven't been to see Santa for the last couple of years but haven't had a fun family thing to do either as I always leave it too last minute. So any suggestions welcome!

We do ice skating, local Christmas light show thing, and a theatre trip all of which have grown up over the years and work for teens/young adults?

Light trail somewhere
London lights and shopping
Christmas film with a live orchestra - we did Muppet Christmas Carol last year

We go to our local indoor ski slope and do sledging, we have an 11 year old, 12 in September and he loves it, Its a lot of fun

We did a light display thing last year which was nice.
They might like Christmas markets or something outdoorsy like go ape with a christmassy hot chocolate afterwards

Ice skating
Theatre
Christmas market

All sound more magical than the reality I've found though😂

Ice skating, lights (save done the same tote since they were small and they still ask for it), Chinese on Christmas Eve, don't wake them
Up in the morning.
