Stocks and shares ISA

I'm wanting to start a stocks and shares ISA. Does anyone have any recommendations for platforms?
I'm interested in Hargreaves lansdowne for their entirely managed portfolio, which also has an app to view.
Does anyone have any thoughts either on this or other platforms please?

Vanguard have low fees and excellent reviews

Vanguard. Pick one of their tracker funds and leave them to it.
