My teen DD16 has really affected my mental health.

As has my mum and my sister. And menopause.

Has anyone else had the same experience?

Yes, my ds 16, can’t get a job, but not really trying, does nothing around house, rude. My mum and sister are constantly asking if he has a job and suggesting jobs, he’s just not interested. I’m worn out with it

Yes of course, it can be really stressful and tiring. And feel never ending.

It's difficult to take a step back from.

Wish I had been calmer about contraception.

In the end providing condoms and sending my dd a video on how to use them properly worked well.
