I use my wok a lot, not just for stir fry. I would make a curry in it, or a stew. Basically just use it as a big pan - but I do make quite a lot of stir fry and fried rice too. The non stick is now peeling off my old Tefal one.
Any recommendations for a good one? I have a JL voucher for 50.00 and could put some more on for something that will last me and be a multi-tasker. There is a circulon one which sounds good, but I have never heard of that brand and only 2 reviews which aren't very helpful. There's also the woks which are not non-stick. Would meat stick to a wok which is not non-stick? Stainless steel, aluminium etc? Just confused.
