Anyone recognise this rash?

My partner has had this cluster of spots appear on his stomach randomly...

Does anyone know what they might be? I googled it and it keeps coming up with Shingles.

My partner doesnt like going to doctors but we go on holiday in a week and if it is something serious I need to get him to see someone!

That definitely looks like shingles.
The quicker he gets an appointment the better, as the antiviral meds works best in the first few days of the rash appearing.

I think it looks like shingles too. He needs to get some anti virals as it will spread.

Could well be shingles. Talk to gp immediately as can get anti viral for it to cut down recovery. Could also be dermatitis.
