Any advice ? He has just graduated from our local uni and frustratingly has no work experience. At the moment he's applying for anything although his degree is in CS and ultimately he'd like to work in IT.
We've discussed various scenarios like dealing with customer complaints, difficult customers, how to multitask/prioritise etc but I'm running out of them ! He's quite socially a bit awkward but a polite sensible young lad. Any ideas to help his chances ? It's a telephone interview so guess there are multiple candidates....
