Where to for long trousers tall, skinny for tween?

DD11, who until recently has lived in hand-me-down leggings, has suddenly a) shot up to a very skinny 5'6 bean pole and b) decided she now wants to wear cargos.
We've had a look online and in a physical shop, but so many trousers seem to be made for children with much shorter legs and wider waists.
Is there a shop which is particularly good for tall and skinny as a rule?

Probably time to start trying women's clothes as she's taller than many women. Size 4 or 6?

Zara is good for slim girls, maybe New Look or BooHoo.

I’ve always found Petit Bateau pretty good for tall, slender people. Sometimes H&M but it’s hit and miss.

Abercrombie fitch is where I shopped when my son was that age and smaller weight with tall height

Definitely have a look at Bershka.com

My tall, slim (and very fashion conscious) niece buys a lot from there - they have a teen section which I think starts at age 11-12 but then moves into the smaller women’s sizes (4, 6 etc).
