Does Twickets send a confirmation email if you've set up alerts correctly?

Dd1 wants to see Beabadoobie in Sheffield, in November. Payday's tomorrow & atm it's sold out so I've tried to set up a Twickets alert but not sure I've done it correctly 🤷‍♀️

Does it email if you have? Or do they just sit there until something (maybe) turns up?

Yes it does, I’ve had several alerts set up and always received the alert emails

No they don’t email to confirm that you’ve set up an alert.

You’ll only get an email once a ticket/tickets becomes available.

You have to be quick though for very popular shows. Can you set up push notifications on your phone so you are notified immediately?

I have no idea how to set up push notifications - I'll google now. Although I don't get the chance to check my phone at work so may not be lucky anyway.
