Does anywhere buy old magazines?

Finally getting around to doing some long overdue sorting and tidying and realise I have lots of old magazines that are typically 10-20 years old - mostly old house or foodie magazines, things like Good Housekeeping, Good Food, Ideal Home, Beauriful Kitchen, etc but also some old tech ones like .net.

They’ll probably just go in the recycling - but I figured it was worth asking here if anybody knows of anywhere that might be interested in buying old magazines that I could box them up and send them to?

I don’t have the time or ability to try to sell them on anything like eBay or Vinted at the moment. But just thought it would be gutting to get rid of lots and later discover that there was somewhere would find them useful.

I also have too many to donate to local go/dentist/oap home/etc and for the most part they are too old to be of interest. But that made me wonder if somewhere like a set dressing place might find it useful to have some ‘fresh’ old magazines; they’ve been piled up so are in pretty good condition!

Many thanks if anyone does have any bright ideas on what to do with these (and if it can generate a little cash, then even better!😊).

Depends. Fashion ones can be valuable. Some interiors ones. Domestic type ones not so much.
schools often take them for collage etc, or there are lots of magazine buyers on Facebook marketplace but again , they buy in bulk and the prices are low.
if you have any old pornos knocking around though, £££ 😄
