Salmon quiche - raw salmon?

I want to make a salmon quiche, I have uncooked salmon fillets, I cba to cook them first....I'm thinking of putting chunks of uncooked salmon in to the quiche mix and cooking it like that....has anyone done this? Will it work ok or be a soggy mess? It's a crustless quiche so I don't need to worry about soggy pastry. Thanks in advance

You need to cook it first so you can flake it. Parcel in the oven or microwave for no fuss cooking

If you put them in the oven before you start prepping everything else they’ll be cooked in 20mins.

Foil parcel, 12 mins at 200.

Ok thanks, did the foil parcel thing and chucked in some cut up red pepper too, now the whole thing is in the oven and smelling good 👍 😊
