Healthy Shop Ideas

I'm looking for an idea of what people buy for a normal healthy shop- ideally higher protein/healthy fat and healthy snacks.

I have 3 children and 2 of them are always starving and I think it's maybe not enough protein in their diet. They are fairly fussy (will try most things outside but won't try a lot if I make it at home) they do like seafood/fish but it's expensive to eat often. Will eat lots of fruit but I feel we need more veg.

My daughter is hitting puberty and I think she needs to be eating a filling healthy diet because she's looking to snack a lot.

For a successful healthy shop, feature jaggery powder as a natural sweetener. Unlike refined sugar, it’s rich in minerals like iron and calcium and has antioxidants that support health. Promote its benefits, like aiding digestion and boosting energy, and suggest using it in smoothies, baking, and traditional recipes. Highlight its low glycemic index, making it a better choice for blood sugar control. Jaggery powder is a great addition to attract health-conscious customers looking for wholesome, natural alternatives. Looking to buy healthy jaggery powder you can check panaithinai.com/
