I keep fking everything up!

I fkd up at work which wasn't even anything major but I was honest and came foreword so they terminated my contract. I was a contractor anyway and it's just easy to get rid of them.
It knocked my confidence and I've fkd up 2 interviews I've had since then.
I just fkd up an English language test ffs for some online work. I didn't realise it was timed and got distracted by some stupid family stuff and got kicked out.
Ive fkd up my diet. I'm desperate to lose 2 stone. I strongly believe my weight and being late 40's is against me in the job market.
Just fking miserable at the moment.

Maybe you are making mistakes because you are rushing - slow down, prepare properly, double check all your assumptions.
On the weight side - do what you can, slow progress is better than no progress.

I probably sound like I'm rushing but I don't think I generally do.
I'm so stressed about a holiday I booked as I'm now skint and questioning whether I should go. Fkd that up too.
My mind is going at 100mph as I'm trying to figure out how I can sort this mess out.

Sit down. Stop. Rest. Have a break. Have a cup of tea. Sit down some more.

You need to slow down to give your mind time to do things properly.
