Anyone have experience of Atonic Epilepsy? Need help

The information on the Epilepsy UK (I think) website doesnt give much indepth information and the NHS site doesnt either. I have found more on an Australian site.

Its not me but someone I am closely related to.

Particularly, our questions are about the total muscular loss including the bladder. I am trying to find out if it also affects the bowels and stomach too. We are blundering in the dark at the moment. During a "moment" (as they are known in the family!) there is bladder emptying each time, bowel incontinence once and the stomach appearing to try to empty once which, on regaining awareness, resulted in vomitting.

Any recommendations to specialists would be a great help. I wouldnt say that money isnt an issue, it is, but it could be found to see the right person.
