Uber help please!

Hi, I'm trying to book an Uber for my mum. She's a family member on my account but has no idea how to use it.

If I just book an Uber despite being in a location 200 miles away will it go for her? It's not giving me the option to select a family member 😣

yes just really double check the pickup location before you hit choose UberX (or whatever) coz it'll bounce back to your address, I do it all the time for my eldest, they'll still say "riverswims yeah?" when he gets in unless you add a note "it's for my family member ..... "

you can set a PIN as well and forward it to your mum and watch the journey on the app
