Binoculars

I know not the most exciting topic. But if you had up to £30 to buy some binoculars which will be used to watch open water swimming from the shore which would you buy? Or which features would you look for?

,£30 prob a bit cheap. Id go to ebay. Something light if you have to carry them. Image stabilization is expensive. Military type tend to be heavy and bulky. Bushnell, Pentax or Zeiss are good. Some those on eBay. Nice pair of Zeiss Jena 8x30 at 19.99
