Possible fake trainers bought on Vinted

I bought a pair of trainers which from the picture I could see where Adidas however there was mention of a brand on the listing. I've just received them and I'm pretty sure they're fake. Do I have a leg to stand on seeing as the seller didn't say they were Adidas?

Yes, I would think so. Vinted don't allow replicas of any kind. I would contact them with your concerns.
