I know it's a 'how long is a piece of string' questions, but just looking to see other peoples experiences
our buyers are FTB- accepted their offer about 5 weeks ago so their mortgage etc has been sorted
we had offer accepted a week ago, have got everything in motion
our seller has no chain above
how quickly/long could it potentially be?
last time it took 7 months and we had to break the chain and move into temporary accommodation as we were going to loose our buyers (although this was a large chain with many issues up above)
just looking for some experience with some similar situations
