Old Down Estate in Bristol?

Is this place genuine? It looks it online but I have been trying to get in contact with them regarding a booking I have there for over a month, to pay final balances etc and it's impossible to get hold of anyone. No one answers the phone or my email. Wondering if anyone has been there and can advise? I'm worrying I'm somehow being scammed

It's real. I live nearby. Two of my children have worked there in the past, as have I (on a temporary basis). Another of my children has attended a wedding there. I can't help you with getting in touch with them, but I can guarantee they are a genuine business.

Thank you. I managed to get hold of them originally over the number on their website so I was hopeful someone would say that. I've paid them ££££ and owe them a fairly large final balance since the 1st June but it's impossible to pay as they just don't reply and the phone rings out but has no voicemail facility! Driving me mad. But atleast I'm not being scammed. Thank you x
