I don't want people who are not following me to be able to see who I follow. How do I hide this. I know you can because some private accounts seem to have the following private but most don't.

I know how to make my account private, it's the following I don't want people to see, I don't mind the numbers showing

If they can't get into your profile because it's private, then they can't see who you follow anyway....
