What the hell is wrong with my spaghetti?!

I keep it in a plastic container. All the ends that have been at the bottom have got all this white stuff all over! Is it mould? I didn’t buy it that long ago?

Container was wet when you put it in. Or the container isn’t air tight and moisture is getting in

Water at the bottom of the container?
