Severe pelvic pain, help!

Good morning,

I have been experiencing really severe abdominal/ pelvic pain for 6 days now. Paracetamol and Ibuprofen aren't cutting it. It feels almost like a constant contraction and it really has been constant and I am struggling to sleep or do anything.

I am starting to worry now and feel that I am not getting a clear answer from the GP. I first went on Monday and she prescribed some tablets to bring on a period as she said I hadn't had one for a while as mine are very irregular. I then went back yesterday and saw a different GP, this time she took a urine sample and said the nitrates were a bit elevated so has given me a three day course of antibiotics for a urine infection. I also ended up going to A and E last night due to the pain but after a 7 hour wait, unsuccessful blood test and hadn't seen a doctor I had to come home to have the kids as my partner had to go to work and they are too young to be on their own.

I have contacted the GP again this morning and I am waiting for a call back, but I am worried and haven't had such severe pain for this long before. I don't have any symptoms of a urine infection, I am going for a wee as normal with no pain. My bowels have been pretty normal except in the last day I am now feeling a lot of pressure and its making me feel like I need to go when I don't actually need to

I guess I am looking for reassurance and advice about what to do, I am thinking I may need some investigative scan to see what is causing the pain but I don't know how many more tablets the doctors will make me try first.
