Sure I had seen a, post a about a daughter wanting to take her mum out for the day for her birthday but then mum crying off due to her son wanting mum to look after new, puppy instead. Can't seem to find it on mumsnet again but have seen it in take a break magazine on their agony aunt/readers problems page!!!!!!
