this is my second post today. Can some one kindly answer me. Few weeks ago i parked my vehicle along side the road and some one hit behind back. Police was put note on my vehicle. Accordingly i contacted police and got to know the other party vehicle registration number. Then i contacted my insurance and through my insurance i contacted 3rd part insurance. I dont want to claim through my insurance company because they asked me to pay excess of £500. You know this is not my fault at all. The problem is 3rd party insurance company now said the that vehicle was stolen . Untill they find the vehicle they wont be able to claim . What should i do? Any one have any experience on this. I am so helpless. On one hand i dont wanna claim from my insurance hence i dont want to pay large amount of excess. On the other hand 3rd party insurance said the vehicle was stolen .
