I'm still recuperating after illness and my body clock has swung around, meaning I fall asleep early hours e.g. 4am and wake up late.
Monday night I was asleep before 11pm (which is unusual) and woke up 9.30am. Last night was a disaster again and it must have been 5am this morning.
Should I try to stay up tonight (unless I fall asleep) and struggle through tomorrow no matter how tired to try to reset it?
