It's a fear reaction. Is your husband often upset with you?

Your body is releasing adrenaline putting it into 'fight or flight' mode. That is, you're scared. That's not good for you. Have a long think about this and if you can remove the cause, do so.

He's dealing with an illness and often gets upset all of a sudden and start moaning about things and says im in a bad mood , etc ... and I feel the way I stated above , it takes time for me to go back to normal , where he gets better just the way he gets upset, in no time and back to normal

The cause can be anything, him losing a match something doesn't work the way its supposed to be , someone said something, he is hungry....

The reason why he gets upset doesn’t matter. It’s still a traumatic response to a threat. You aren’t going to fix it unless you are in a situation where someone is making you afraid anymore.

You're having anxiety attacks. I think you need to have a talk with your husband as to how his behaviour is affecting you. Just because he is dealing with an illness doesn't give him a pass to continually take his frustration out on you.
