What little things give you more energy?

If you’re going through a busy time or just lacking a bit of energy are there any little things you do which help increase your energy levels?

More sleep
fruit and veg
loads of water
caffeine
gentle exercise, not exhausting exercise
Kind Energy patches - I do find these work, it’s irrelevant whether it’s a placebo or not really
Lil sound bath on my phone - I use insight timer app

Omega 3 and a decent multivitamin.
Getting out in the sunshine (lucky enough to have some here today)

A 10 minute morning full body yoga stretch online with Kassandra or Adriene
Vitamin boosts - especially herbal iron capsules, Vit D spray and B-complex or a fizzy multivit in a big glass of water
A glass of iced cold water
Fresh brewed coffee
Doing 20 jacks, squats, high knees, high kick toe touches
Standing outside, whatever the weather, taking a few deep slow breaths and staring at something natural - a flower, bird or the sky
Playing energising music that I love
Lots of veg and good lean protein: eggs, fish, poultry or lean red meat. Eating a lot of raw veg has massively boosted my energy in the past but I haven't done it for ages.
A 5-10 minute power nap
A 5 minute hot shower. Cold showers are supposed to wake you up but they make me crash and want to hibernate. :)
