I was walking along yesterday and felt a mildly painful pulling in my knee that lasted a second or two, thought no more of it.
Today I've woken up and the inside of my knee is bright red, feels hot and there's a red mark across it that looks like a scratch but I don't think it is.
I wouldn't say it hurts but I am aware of it, it feels very hot and strange.
Any ideas?
