Has anyone used them? Are they decent? I’m looking to book a big holiday which is a very special occasion so I don’t want to risk it if they are rubbish.

I have heard negatives but I have booked 5 holidays with them, Amsterdam, Milan, Krakow, Paris and Turkey and never had an issue with them.

I’ve used them couple of times for last minute deals. Wouldn’t use for anything landmark. They are essentially brokers, who sell other companies products - so within a single trip there are multiple companies involved. LH bundles it all up for your dates, puts a profit margin on top, sells to you - then goes back to pay the airline, transfer company, hotel, etc while keeping their margin. Yes they do have done competitive rates, but if anything happens, they are not accountable. It is up to you to contact individual providers.

This is exactly the reason I wouldn’t use them, especially for a special holiday.

Thank you everyone- I have gone with someone else. We won’t have this chance again for a good few years so I decided to pay a bit more and go with a more established company.
