Pregnancy and dental care

I’ve just found out I’m 5 week pregnant and am booked in for a root canal and a couple of fillings in 2 weeks! There is conflicting things online - has anyone had any experience of this? Can I still have my treatment (I’m an NHS patient if that makes a difference)

Phone the dental practice, they will be the ones who decide if they are happy for you to have it done.

Yes ringbthe surgery. I needed an extraction, not really a complicated one, when pregnant. Dentist said best leave it till after the birth
