Co-op Live Ticketing Question

Has anyone been and used the e ticketing system. DH has the tickets on his phone, but they seem to want everyone to have their own ticket on their phone and we can’t work out how to do that.

Is it essential or can they deal with it at the venue if the tickets are on one phone.

For the event I went to we'd purchased via ticketmaster so logged into their app and used the 'transfer' button to send everyone their own tickets. Was quicker at the door this way and meant that if anyone person was delayed they could still get in. They can deal with all tickets on one phone... but it's a bit of a faff.

I went last week. They actually have an automated barrier with a scanner, the same as at train stations etc. You can put all the tickets on the same phone and one person could scan the ticket whilst the other person walks through the barrier if you see what I mean.

It just means things run more smoothly at the gates. As above, one person can stand there and scan each person through before doing themselves but it just helps if everyone has their own as it just keeps the lines moving.

I logged into ticket master and added one ticket to my Google wallet then my daughter logged into my ticket master on her phone and added the other ticket to her apple wallet.
