Thyroid results - fat and tired but GP says it’s fine

I am looking for some advice please. I have several autoimmune disorders and a secondary immunodeficiency. I have gained weight and I am absolutely exhausted recently (more than my usual!), so they checked thyroid.
Serum TSH is 0.9 mU/L
Normal range is 0.27 to 4.20
Serum free T4 level is 11 pmol/L
Normal range is 11.9 to 21.6

I’ve been on oral prednisolone (steroids) for 5 years. I’ve been stable on 10mg pred for around 4 years.

GP shrugged and said my TSH is fine and it’s probably all related to my other health issues.

Do I get a second opinion or is it all fine?

thank you kindly in advance. 🙂
