Avoid like the plague, i ordered some sleep aid pills back in March, got order confirmation which had quite a long delivery time, realised they were based abroad hey ho will just have to wait, estimated delivery date came and went so i chased it up to receive an e mail saying they could no longer fulfil order and would issue me store credit, hmm no thanks i wont be shopping with you again please refund to my credit card.
Another e mail saying ok but could take 5 - 30 days for this to happen, it’s been almost 30 days and they are not responding to my emails any more chasing this up. Trustpilot shows i am not the only one this has happened to so i want to give warning to anyone who stumbles across them do NOT be tempted. They are scammers!
and yes before the inevitable posters pile in I take responsibility for not checking first I only started this thread to name and shame, if by some miracle i do get my refund i will update. I have asked my credit card company to look into it, wonder if i will get money back from them?
