How much for babysitter

Very boring question. How much are casual babysitting rates in the daytime. I will be in the house, just wfh. Child is 9.

At least minimum wage. I pay £15 an hour

Depends on who you use. Our teenage babysitter charges £5 an hour and £7 after midnight. She’s 15. Others in the same year and area charge the same.
A qualified DBS checked person you could be looking at £15-£20 an hour or more depending on location

Its a teen so I was thinking £7.50 an hour. Its only 2 hours while I work.

Does a 9 year old need a babysitter for 2 hours while you’re in the same house working? They are pretty self sufficient at that age. Mine would just play roblox for 2 hours

Ohh sorry this is turning into a complete drip. I work 4 hours and 9 year old is able to manage half of it comfortably but 4 hours is a bit much for them. They're not very mature for 9.
