Shipping container as storage

We're moving house and need to store most of our stuff for a few months. I'm looking at a shipping container facility nearby. Does anyone know how damp it's likely to get? I don't want everything moldy and warped.

It is inside or outside? This time of year I don’t think there’s much damp but you can always have a few damp traps in there to catch moisture?

We used one between house moves, from January until September. It was outside, not within a bigger storage building. Nothing got damp, although we put a few of those moisture traps in there which did fill up as you'd expect in what is essentially open air.

Take advice from the storage company!!
During summer it’ll probably be ok.
Are there no indoor facilities you can use nearby?

I'm considering using a shipping container for storage on my property https://www.vivacontainers.com/blog/shipping-containers-on-residential-property For those who have done this, I'd love to hear your advice.

Yep we stored our stuff in a shipping container for the better part of a year and everything was bone dry 👍
