Dla renewal

Hi my son has been getting top care dla for 4 years and low mobility he has had a renewal and has now been awarded middle care nothing has changed he has adhd and does not sleep I am now going to appeal how long does it take

You need to do a mandatory reconsideration first and list the reasons why their decision is long.

In my experience with DLA you need to be to the point and not labour on and on for several pages.
