Hi everyone,
I recently ordered some items from House of Fraser online. It was the first time I ordered from them (and definitely the last). When I placed my order I didn't get a confirmation email but the items were delivered very quickly.
I want to now return some items which I can register to do online but they want to know my order number. As I never got a email confirmation I don't have a order number and there was no delivery note inside the parcel either.
I have tried calling all their contact numbers which I've found online but no one answers. I've also sent messages to them via Insta and FB/Meta but no reply.
I really need to send the items back because I need the money but I don't know how . Does anyone have any ideas? Also if anyone has a return address I could use then I don't mind sending the items back and paying for the return postage (as the items are worth over £100).
Any help would be much appreciated.
