Hello,

So I'm thinking of ordering blinds from Blinds2Go and was wondering if the wooden/venetian blinds are easy to install?

Would you recommend Blinds2Go?

Thanks :)

Yes, very wide roller blinds. They were very heavy (any other maker, they would also have been heavy, but if the place to put the fittings for them had not been solid wall, it would have been a bad idea to try it as they would likely not have stayed up for long. I didn't think of checking that first).
Needed a drill and a handyman's assistance to be able to handle them, but working well and pleased with what was sent.

Thanks everyone.

Should I buy the insurance Incase measurements are off or do you think it's not worth it?

Thanks

I got a velux from them a while ago and it was extremely well packed and really easy to install.

I’ve had roller and Roman blinds from them and have been very pleased with the service and the quality.

Mine were pretty good ! Be careful on measuring though as a PP said !

Had blinds and curtains from them.

I use them all the time I want a change. Been using them for 8 years and wouldn't buy elsewhere.

Yeah loads. Romans surprisingly good quality. But the insurance it's a tenner

I didn't bother - but if you're not confident about taking the measurements then it might be worth it.

We’ve got blinds from them twice. I would recommend but we’ve got the one where you need drilling and DH is experienced with DIY.

I would not recommend but maybe I was unlucky with the three Roman blinds I purchased. They never roll up properly, so they look terrible, the clips keep detaching and / or falling off or just malfunctioning and if I was back again I would find a local company to make them as at least then there would be some way to remedy the issues.

Have you not contacted them ? I've found there customer service excellent.
