House sale

Hello All
my house sale completed 9 months ago under pressure and duress.
i put it up for sale via estate agent. Near exchange I called to inform them to pull out of sale as I cannot find another house to move into. The manager said he needs to meet with me and came home. He threatened me if I dont sign the contract now my life and kids will be in danger and witnessed my signature on the deed by force.

after that I had to look for another house alternative under a panic and asked to postpone the exchange. The manager sent me an email with economic threat of charging me 75 percent of their commission if the sale fail through; the buyer threaten then to pull out if
1- i dint exchange on the date they want
2-dont sign me to sign a liability statement of £20k if i dont exchange by the date the want.

The agency pushed me to sign this statement and buyer sent this statement my solicitor but it was not sign.

under multiple push and pressure from the agency i had to exchange before securing my purchase and accepting sale with decreased value of £200k less than the agency valuation.

i was stressed and worried from the agency threatens of my life and kids life and pressure of both agency and buyer who worked together to write statement of financial liability and try to have it signed by me and left home

now i am a bit better and realize that because I was not well at the time the agency worked with the buyer to force the sale and caused me financial losses

I tried to get my house back from the current owner but agency said they want £300000 extra and-put my deposit in the agency account. I refused. I contacted the buyer and they agree to proceed but then they declined when bank called them for valuation snd were very rude

in conclusion , can i get my house back as sale was completed under pressure and duress by both agency and buyer?

the agency was hand in hand with the buyer and interested in taking to house undervalue fir the buyer.

it seems that the buyer has a kind of relationship with the buyer and additional benefit from completing the sale

If even a tiny amount of what you are saying is true, you need to report it to the police. Not Mumsnet chat!!!!!

Where was your solicitor in all of this?

Wtf? This 99.9% isn't real. But on the 0.1% chance it is- What country are you in?

Literally none of this makes any sense.

Where is your solicitor and mortgage lender in this?

Why didn't you report someone making threats to you and your family to the police?

What area do you live?

Not a chance you would be able to reverse the sale - you would have to be able to prove what you say above is true and that the buyer was in cahoots with the agent.

You would have to prove that threats were made, you allude to your life being threatened? if that was the case it should have been reported to the police.

You had the absolute right to pull out prior to exchange - depending on the terms of the contract with the EA, they may have had a clause in their contract which required you to pay a fee if you pulled out and they had a "ready, willing and able buyer", some do have this, in which case them telling you you would owe them a percentage of the fee may be entirely legal and true.
