Help me do my job: how do I find the CMYK value of a Pantone colour?

Specifically Pantone Buttercream. I have Googled but can’t find it. I would really appreciate some help.

Also does anybody else need help with something job-related? If so please feel free to post on this thread.

Try C 0% M 5% Y 13% K 6%

I get C 0% M 4.2% Y 12.7% K 7.5%
