All I wanted was....

No teens in the house (they don't often go to their Dad's these days but did today because it's Father's Day) and I have had a glorious night of shit tv and isolation. No responsibility Wink

I have stayed up later than normal due to lack of responsibility and I remembered I bought us all an ice cream snickers the other night.

They both ate theirs straight away but I wasn't hungry. I just ventured downstairs and the third one has gone. Stolen!

I was looking forward to it so much. I feel so unreasonably gutted. I think it must tie in with me feeling so liberated and relaxed tonight! (Dd 17 has quite a few MH issues so it's v rare I have a straightforward night with no worries or responsibilities )

I have ended up with a blue Mr freeze which I do Like but it can't beat a Snickers ice cream (or what ever they are called) can it?

that would have annoyed me too. My teens also have a policy of whats mine is theirs and whats theirs is theirs.

All you want sometimes is just something for you! It's not too much to ask. I have been in my pyjamas since ten but I was so gutted I was considering walking to the shop to buy myself one - but refused on principle
