An excellent talk, which delves a bit deeper than the usual discourse surrounding UPF's. I love how he goes into more detail about the financial markets (hedge funds, investors, etc) who control the companies who supply the majority of our foodstuffs globally.
Presenter is Chris Van Tulleken, the talk has excellent diagrams and he admists to being 'part of the problem'. I strongly recommend if this is somethng that interests you.
