DH and DDog. I am drinking wine and messing about on the internet/reading a book.

I’m watching with DD1. DH is out with friends to watch it and the other DC are upstairs.

Given how well we started, I expected us to be doing better than we are.

Me, DH and oldest DS. We are a big football household! We will watch as many games as we can, not just the England games. Are you watching OP?

DS just said exactly the same thing! Mind you, Serbia seem like pretty dirty players. In the first half there was so much deliberate shoving etc.

It worries me that this is the best we can do against Serbia 😬

I'd be more relaxed before bedtime if we could score another one.

DH has gone out to watch it and I decided to watch at home. (Which I wouldn’t normally do) I might go to bed as I’m bored with it tbh.

H is upstairs watching. The door is firmly closed after his ridiculously loud celebration at the first goal. No one else is the house has any interest.

Serbia has been playing dirty but they have also improved in the second half. We really should be comfortably cruising towards the final whistle with several goals behind us, instead we are panicking that Serbia are going to equalise.

As per usual, England stink out a tournament with the most boring game so far. Every. Single. Time.

We were but didn't make it all the way to the end - so boring! After it started off so well!

England will get massacred the moment they meet a vaguely competent side, judging by that performance. Plus ça change, eh?

They usually start off quite tentatively but then improve as the tournament progresses. Give them time 🙏

And honestly, stop relying on Kane, ditch him, he’s about as useful as the rightfully dropped Rashford right now ie not very.

I don't mind the actual football. It's the endless yackety-yack from all the presenters that drives me potty. They fill every millisecond with chattering drivel.

Does the BBC need to pay four of them lol.

My OH watched the first 5 mins and said it was boring.

Later on we had a quick look about 25 mins b4 finish and it looked interesting.
It was a close call for England a few times
The main thing, we won!!
We both felt Harry is past his best!!

We are a family of Rugby TBH, but wishing England lots of luck!!

I’m hoping the next game is more intresting but we have 3 points. We are huge football fans here too
