What do you do Lego on?

For my 52nd birthday I have received a Lego set. I used to love my Lego but haven't made any for 40 years!

Those of you who do Lego as adults, where do you do it? We haven't got a dining table and there isn't room on the kitchen worktop. I'm worried about losing bricks if I just do it on the floor. Do you use trays or something?

We have a fold up table that can be brought out to make a jigsaw or Lego on and folded up out of the way when it's finished
