I currently work with a charity in a senior role.
I am having various issues with them: undermining, people ignoring me when I am in the office, personal attacks.
This all started after I declared a long term health condition to HR/my manager and had to take some some sick leave to deal with a really bad flare-up. Before that I had no issues whatsoever...
I am job hunting I want to join a union as I can now seriously foresee me having to make a case for constructive dismissal and/or disability and age discrimination. I also want to make sure I have better protection in my next job.
Could anyone recommend a union that would take membership from people working in my sector?
