UTI without burning/cloudy wee etc?

I've got a constant need to wee and an achey feeling low down. Not extremely sore, a dull; tender sensation and this feeling of
needing to wee when there's nothing there.
I think I might've had one UTI in the past where it stung to pee and cloudy urine.
Can just needing to pee all
the time be the sole symptom?
I'm 52 and menopausal, so wondered if it might be a menopause symptom too.

Drop in oestrogen can cause bladder issues during peri/menopause. However, it is possible to have a UTI with few, if any, symptoms at all.

next to impossible to get an appointment at my GP but I did have amoxicillin in the cupboard and have checked that this can be used for UTIs (it can) and have had one. Hoping it helps.

I think if you Google it a 7 day course of amoxcillin is recommended in the absence of anything else being available.
