Hoping for either advice or a handhold as I'm starting to stress. Booked a tui holiday via an independent agent to make my life easier (ha!). Have seen stuff from tui so I know its def booked. Due to fly in about 24 hours, agent was going to do check in etc. Problem is agent now not responding to messages although I can see some have been read. I cant log into the tui app with the booking reference/details I've got. So I've no idea! Can I turn up at the airport with just the holiday details from tui and they'll check us in? Do I need to contact tui if agent doesn't respond, and if I do how do I do that? I really dont want to get turned away tomorrow and I'm now starting to panic it's all gone horribly wrong. Any advice?????
