Does this look like the start of shingles?

DD16 has felt absolutely exhausted the last week, put down to GCSEs. She felt generally a bit unwell yesterday and went to work, came home and out herself to bed and slept for 4 hours

This morning she's woken up with this very itchy rash. Just on the left side of her neck/chest and nowhere else

Does this look like the start of shingles?

Shingles normally present in a line.

Nothing like shingles. More like hives which you get from stress and poor eating. Very rare for young people to get shingles
