How do I remove the freezer drawers from this samsung fridge freezer?

The lid of an ice cube tray slipped behind one of the drawers and I need to remove the drawer so I can retrieve it. Doesn't seem to budge though and I can't find any solutions on google. Anyone know?

This is the model I have for reference: https://business.currys.co.uk/catalogue/domestic-appliances/refrigeration/free-standing-fridge-freezers/samsung-rb31fdrndsa-eu-70-30-fridge-freezer-silver/B114394B

Have you tried tipping the drawer (up or down) when it reaches its limits?

Ask the expert pop up from your link!

Is the door blocking it? I find you often have to open the door further than a 90° angle to get most freezer drawers out. Then as mentioned, wriggle up and down to get it out. Or is there ice in the way?

I searched the model user manual and found this. Does this work?

Thank you all - just me being an idiot!

Managed to figure it out in the end - needed to lift it slightly before pulling it out 😂
